In what is perhaps the first phase of the Disneyland Paris Resort reopening, the Gaumont Cinema in Disney Village has announced that it is to reopen on Monday 22nd June 2020 – the date in which all cinemas in France are permitted to reopen.
To facilitate the reopening social distancing procedures will be in place in the cinema with 1 metre gaps being left between each party and enhanced cleaning between each showing.
The cinema will open with a modest film slate on Onward and Inception, all being shown in the French language version only.
This also indicates that Disney Village will, at least, partially reopen from Monday 22nd June.
Official communication has not yet come from Disneyland Paris on any reopening plans despite the Golf Disneyland complexe reopening last month.
